Shipping Information

This policy only covers orders and shipments within the boundaries of the 48 Contiguous  United States.

This policy does not cover domestic shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico, US Virgin Islands

Shipments damaged in transit are not covered by this policy.


All orders over $75 will be shipped free by TheCandleStore.com, using the most cost efficient method. Orders under $75 will be assessed shipping charges based on cost/shipping method chosen by the customer.

TheCandleStore.com is not responsible for incorrect shipping addresses, undeliverable packages, unrecoverable packages, 3rd delivery attempts, or other customer created errors.

TheCandleStore.com may assess additional shipping and handling charges for reshipped packages due to inaccurate consumer provided delivery information.

TheCandleStore.com ships via FEDEX Ground or USPS Priority Mail.

Tracking #'s

Upon shipment, you will be sent a shipping confirmation from TheCandleStore.com, including the proper tracking number. The tracking number received in your shipping confirmation email may not function for up to 24 hours. (The information must register in the FEDEX or USPS system before it will become active & searchable.)
