Return Policy

Return Policy

You can return merchandise up to 30 days after the purchase date. The merchandise must be unused, unopened, and be resalable as new. Please CONTACT US BY EMAIL( Support@TheCandleStore.com ) BEFORE returning any merchandise in order to initiate an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization). When returning an order, please include a copy of your email receipt with the RMA number written clearly on the OUTSIDE of the package. Please inspect all of the products immediately after receiving them. We do not accept returns after 30 days for damaged or defective products. Failure to contact us prior to return will result in processing delays.

Merchandise should be repackaged in its original packaging in order to reduce the risk of damage. You are responsible for return shipping charges. You are responsible for lost packages or any damage that may occur to the merchandise while in transit. Your return shipment must be made via a carrier that provides tracking information (e.g. UPS, FedEx, or Insured Mail).

We will issue a refund within 10 business days of receiving merchandise that we deem resalable. The complete refund will be the original purchase price less a 15% processing fee and the original shipping costs already paid to the carrier.

Exchange Policy

The above return policy also applies to exchanges. However, if you would like to exchange your candles for different candles of equal or greater value, we will waive the 15% processing fee. We will apply your entire initial payment minus the original shipping costs towards your second order. Shipping charges (and sales tax for AR residents) will apply to the second order. If your new order is not of equal or greater value, restocking fees will apply to the entire order.


Canceled Orders Policy

We ship most orders same-day or within one business day. If you contact us before shipment of your order, you may cancel your order. If your order is canceled after 5:00 PM CST on the day of the order or on a future date, you will be subject to a 5% processing fee to cover credit card processing fees.

If your order has already been shipped, you will not be able to cancel your order, but you may return your order in accordance with the above return policy.


Refused Shipments

If you refuse delivery of a shipment, you will be credited for the purchase price less all shipping charges and a 15% re-stocking fee.


Clearance Items

Clearance items are not returnable.

Delivery Instructions

Upon the arrival of your order, you must inform us of any defective, damaged, or missing products within 7 days of delivery. Please email us at Support@TheCandleStore.com.

TheCandleStore.com is not responsible for incorrect shipping addresses, undeliverable packages, unrecoverable packages, 3rd delivery attempts, or other customer created errors.

TheCandleStore.com may assess additional shipping and handling charges for reshipped packages due to inaccurate consumer provided delivery information.
